Field Application Engineer (FAE) 现场应用工程师
Promote MPS products to customers’ R&D team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system. 为客户研发团队介绍公司产品并提供整体解决方案，对主要客户提供电源设计方面的培训以及提供技术支持。
Responsibilities岗位职责:
Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues 为大客户提供技术支持，解决技术问题
Design the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution 为大客户设计电源线路以及提供有效的解决方案
Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors’ sales 为MPS及代理商销售人员做产品介绍及培训
Feedback information to Marketing& Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition 向市场及研发团队反馈市场趋势、竞争对手信息以及新产品定义方向
Requirements岗位要求:
Strong technical knowledge of products具有扎实的产品技术知识

Assistant FAE (AFAE) 助理现场应用工程师
Responsibilities岗位职责:
Technical support on MPS Analog and DC/DC power products负责MPS模拟及DC/DC电源产品的技术支持
Serve as technical interface to customers from product/solution promotion to design review, including to analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues贴近客户，执行产品推广到客户设计阶段的一系列工作，包括分析客户疑问，技术诊断以及解决应用问题
Technical training to distributors’ FAEs对代理商FAE进行定期的技术培训
Work closely with FAE to do the market survey, competitor analysis, etc 与FAE紧密合作，完成市场调研及竞争对手分析等
Requirements岗位要求:
Bachelor Degree or above and major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related本科及以上学历，电气工程或自动化等相关专业
Solid foundation of professional knowledge on electrical circuit analysis, analog circuit, Automatic control theory, etc.扎实的电路分析、模拟电路及自动化控制等理论知识
Familiar with buck/boost/ flyback topology, experience on battery management is preferred熟悉buck/boost/flyback 拓扑，有电源/电池管理相关经验更佳
Ability to take initiative in problem solving能主动积极解决问题

Technical Engineer (TE)硬件技术工程师
Responsibilities岗位职责
Assistant FAE in layout, test and customer support协助FAE进行PCB布板，测试及客户支持工作
Be familiar with product function, feature and application 熟悉负责产品的特性特点及应用
Assistant FAE in issue analysis and circuit debugging during the project在项目进行过程中，协助FAE分析问题，调试电路
Write test report 撰写及整理测试报告
Project status management 项目进度管理
Requirements岗位要求
Electronic technology and related 电子技术及相关专业
Familiar with EDA tools, including Protel, OrCAD etc 熟练使用Protel, OrCAD等EDA软件
Basic electronic topology and principle background具备良好的电子电路基础知识
Basic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation 具备良好的电子电路实验操作能力

Responsibilities岗位职责

Requirements岗位要求
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering本科学历，电气工程，计算机科学或工程等相关专业
Good oral and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required较好的沟通能力，具备较强的人际交往及组织能力
Should be self-starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated积极主动、灵活多变，具备决策力及注重细节等特质
